Macaron Cake

We offer two different styles of cakes.

The first is made of two 5" slightly chewy macarons shells with a whipped chocolate ganache and whipped cream filling. Additional filling options include your choice of fresh berries and crunchy toasted sliced almonds. This cake is light and not too sweet.

For a more traditional desert, we have a two layer vanilla cake filled and frosted in buttercream frosting and decorated with your choice of macarons on the top.

Macaron Tower

Macaron towers make the perfect centrepiece for your wedding, baby shower or party!

This stunning showpiece on your dessert table takes time to bake and assemble so the lead time to order is one week minimum. I can create a a tower using a tiered serving rack or by attaching macarons to a cone shaped form with royal icing. Either option will be about 20-inches tall and contain between 80 to 100 macarons.
